New inclusive sensory gym opens in Rockwall County for kids of all abilities

A new gym in Rockwall County is giving kids of all abilities a safe and fun place to play – and learn a little while they’re at it.
We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym recently opened its doors with a simple mission: to create a space where all children – whether neurotypical or neurodivergent – can play together, grow and feel supported.
The gym features what’s called “sensory equipment,” designed to help kids regulate their emotions and energy levels. This type of play helps with both physical and mental development, especially for children with sensory processing needs – but gym staff say all kids benefit from it.
